RETURNS:
- All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee regardless if the order has shipped or not. The restocking fee covers the cost of our time to process the refund, handling times and physical restocking labor.
- All Electronics returned MUST be sealed and in their original packaging and with the tamper seal intact in order to receive a refund or store credit.
- Returns must be approved prior to shipping back to us. Please contact us prior to.
- Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 15 days of receiving your Return Approval.
- Returned items must be in brand new condition, in original packaging and deemed resellable.
- Shipping, Handling, and Transaction Fees are Non-Refundable.
- No Returns, Cancellations, or Refunds are allowed on Special Order Products.
- Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved we will issue a refund. Approved refunds are typically issued within 3-5 days.
EXCHANGES:
- Please contact us when inquiring about exchanging an item or part.
- Exchanges are subject to a second shipping charge and and possibly additional payment if the new item price is higher than existing credit.
