This is an Exclusive Civic FK8/FL5 Clutch Custom made by Clutch Masters made for and sold here at JSR Engines. With JSR's Help Clutch Masters Designed and Developed an amazing street clutch that can support up to 700WHP and 550WTQ. This clutch utilizes an an Aluminum Twin Disc Style Pressure plate on a single disc clutch setup. Our special requested 2400lb diaghpram plate makes this clutch daily driveable for those that drive every day or for those that just have weekend warriors.

This latest Aluminum Twin Disc Clutch Cover on a Traditional FX400 Clutch makes this SS (Short Shift) clutch amazing. Powershift your setup without any lock out issues or slippage. We have pushed the traditional FX400 clutch to 716WHP/520WTQ without a single isssue. We rate this clutch kit to 700WHP and 550WTQ.

The FX400 System uses the Power Plus I, Hi-Levarage, Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate with a custom and extremely durable, Sprung Ceramic disc. This is the ultimate extreme duty street and/or road/drag racing system. It is available in a 6 or 8 ceramic puck configuration. The 6-puck being the more aggressive setup and 8-puck being the less aggressive. The sprung hub design allows for moderate dampening in high-torque applications, rendering it much more street friendly than solid or rigid designs. This disc is designed for long life, outstanding holding capacity, and rapid heat dissipation.

The FX400/HDCL (8-puck) ceramic full face disc design creates a quick and rapid engagement and maintains minimal chatter due to the marcel cushion between the disc linings. This disc is designed for street driven vehicles.

The FX400/HDC6 (6-Puck) ceramic paddle design creates a quick and rapid engagement as well as clutch chatter that may not be ideal for street driven vehicles. *Warning* Due to the solid (no Marcel) friction rivet design, the FX400 6 disc engages very quickly and may chatter slightly in first and reverse. To help alleviate this problem, we only use premium ceramic friction material.

*Ceramic based clutch disc are not intended to increase the life expectancy of a clutch but rather to increase the holding capacity and improve the durability of the clutch. Using a ceramic based material for easy street driving may reduce the life of the clutch kit due to harsh engagement and higher tendency to slip the clutch kit. Ceramic disc are never recommended for stock or near stock vehicle applications.
